widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(250, 250, 250);">这块碑高2.4米、宽1.6米，碑上刻满日文（绝大多数为汉字）。碑额为“大连忠灵塔鸟居建设由绪之碑”，落款为关东局总长XXXX书，人名字迹残破严重，最后一字隐约可识为“彦”字。据旅顺日俄监狱旧址博物馆负责近代史文物陈列的关国磊分析，应为当时的关东局总长三浦直彦。他和大连文物考古所刘金友一起，在接到通知后第一时间赶到现场。碑文大致讲述以台湾阿里山千年古木建设鸟居（是类似牌坊的日本神社附属建筑，代表入口）的背景及经过。记载此鸟居昭和十七年（1942年）六月一日动工，十一月二十一日落成。<p data-reactid="32" style="margin: 17.77778px 0px 0px;
